Texas screwed up. It's easier (and cheaper) to legally relocate the car and the car's ownership than it is to even attempt to play by Texas' bullshit rules.
Yep.It really messed us up, before the DMV messed things up 21 percent of our kit sales were in Texas since then we have sold only one kit in Texas.
